I found my way to marketing and communications because the work of it appeared in every nonprofit job I’ve had over the past ten years and it was the thing I enjoyed most: talking about and building the capacity for meaningful and transformative work in the world(s) around me. You might’ve seen me around the sector when I worked for: Augsburg University, Arts Midwest, or the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits. In 2012-2013, I completed a year of service through Lutheran Volunteer Corps in San Francisco, CA. In 2017, I got my MFA in Creative Writing from Augsburg University

Important facts about me include: she/her pronouns, board vice chair of the Radical Health Alliance, lover of green beans from the garden, amateur cook, homeowner through the City of Lakes Community Land Trust, dog mom to Keiko the pomchi as of November 2019 (thanks, Second Hand Hounds!), and partner to Brett.
